Loup Loup Ski Bowl is a fabulous family-oriented destination that is open four days of the week during the peak season. This ski resort is operated as a nonprofit volunteer-based organization with an emphasis on growing the love of skiing for today and future generations.

Programs Available at Loup Loup Ski Bowl

When visiting Loup Loup Ski Bowl, you may want to check in on the programs that are offered on site.  Reservations are recommended, but not required to join one of several ski classes available here.

Private lessons are available for those who may be a little shy or learn best in a one on one environment. First timer specials are available for those who are new to the sport and want to get a learn the basics while enjoying the trip. These are offered on select days and times in group settings.

Six week lessons are available for those who are over 7 years old. The average class size is 6-10 students. Be sure to plan for an hour to an hour and a half per lesson depending on how many are in the class. Friday Tots programs available for 4 and 5 year olds. This is perfect for teaching them the basics at a prime time in life and building a lifelong love of skiing. Nordic lessons are also available for those who love to ski, or want to work towards a ski career. This is available with a quantity discount when purchasing 4 or more lessons.

Group rates are available, just contact the resort to schedule them in advance. School groups and other groups are welcome Wednesday through Friday, but the dates sell out far in advance so plan ahead.

What to Do at Loup Loup Ski Bowl

In addition to skiing, you can snowboard and tube at Loup Loup Ski Bowl. Tubing is available on the weekends. There is an outdoor fire pit to help warm you up while your friends and loved ones ride the snow. You can take advantage of one or more of the many program offerings available or just hang out, rest and unwind.

What to Bring to Loup Loup Ski Bowl

When visiting Loup Loup Ski Bowl, you should plan to bring warm, quick dry clothing made for a day outdoors in the wet snow. Your wardrobe should include warm articles of wool or synthetic blend items, which wick away moisture. Athletic socks and clothing made of cotton are not recommended as they hold in the moisture. Socks and helmets are the most forgotten items.
